I've often tried to summarize my mental Remus, in looks, and voice, and emotion... well, this is him. In my mind, THIS is the picture I see.

Almost perfect. My Remus has a slightly deeper voice than old Gordon there, but the look and feel is great.

Oh, I totally can see Remus looking that way. That makes sense. Hee! Sting even looks slightly disheveled in the video, which could be interpreted as Remus' "tattered" look.

It's surprisingly potent when you find a real-life analogue to a character in your head, isn't it? There's this singer in a German band whose voice sounds exactly the way I think one of the characters in my original novel would sound. (He doesn't look like the character, however.) As a result, I've become rather a fan of that band. :-)

Wow... he looks very uncannily like Karasu Hime's Remus also. I must admit my Remus looks somewhat different, but this version is very nice indeed.

Of all the Marauders, Remus always struck me as being the one with 'soul', and this video is perfection!

I don't have just one Remus: in some stories he is the fellow on my icon (down to the messy hair and National Health glasses); for one series he was supposed to look like this (minus stubble and shades, a bit thinner... Don't worry, Senjy did a spit-take as well, but hey: a girl can do a lot with brown hair *g*).

Just thought you might be amused that I'm writing Remus/Severus at this moment, flipped on the public television channel for a bit of background and there was Sting, singing the most gorgeous music, accompanied by a Severus sort-of-look-alike on the mandolin (or lute?). *boggles*
