If there was justice, the grandmother would be in prison for forcing/convincing her kid to have a child the kid didn't want and then convincing her kid further to not give the child up for adoption. In the end, this is certainly a tragedy, but don't blame the mother of the child. If there is anyone to blame here, it is the grandmother of the child.
